"Shipping methods"

Sweetneess relies on specialized and reliable courier services for the shipment of products, offering deliveries both within Italy and internationally.

All shipments are delivered with the necessary documents and identifications for the goods, including invoice and shipping documents. Additionally, all legally required attachments for the destination country are included.

Shipping costs are clearly displayed at the end of the order and appear when confirming the shopping cart.

Sweetneess disclaims any responsibility for inadequate performance due to force majeure, such as accidents, explosions, fires, strikes and/or lockouts, earthquakes, floods, or similar circumstances that make the execution of the contract impossible, in whole or in part.

The estimated delivery time is provided by providing a tracking number and a direct link to the shipping company's website. Customers can thus check the real-time status of their shipment.

Currently, shipping is only available within Italy and excludes certain areas such as San Marino, Livigno, and the Italian islands.

As part of the shipping costs, Sweetneess offers insurance against damages or theft for all shipments. The shipping insurance applies from the manufacturer/distributor's warehouse to the delivery address specified in the order.

Upon delivery of the products by the appointed courier service, the customer must check the integrity of the packaging and the absence of obvious signs of damage. If such irregularities are found, the customer has the right to sign the delivery document with a reservation or refuse the package. When opening the package, the customer must also check whether the quantity and items match the order.

Any irregularities identified upon receipt of the package or during the inspection of the products must be reported promptly via email.

If delivery cannot be made due to circumstances attributable to the customer (permanent absence of the recipient, incorrect address, incorrect telephone number to contact the courier, etc.), resulting in the need for storage or return, additional costs will be charged to the customer. These additional costs will be taken into account in the final invoice in such situations, and their payment must be considered an essential part for the return of the goods.
